No. Collecting and organizing guest photos and videos is free forever — unlimited uploads, unlimited tours and venues, unlimited team members. There is no trial clock and no card required.
Credits pay for the content you generate: reels, story videos, and carousels built from your guests' photos with Tourbo's templates, plus storage beyond the free allowance. Collection itself never costs credits.
Your first 1 GB of guest photos and videos — roughly 250 photos — is stored free. Beyond that, storage draws on credits based on the space you actually use, so a small library costs little and an empty month costs nothing. Uploads are never blocked either way.
Yes — downloading your original guest photos and videos is included, so you can hand assets to a social media manager or agency, or use them on your website and ads.
Credit packs are priced per pack and shown at checkout and inside the app. Because generation is priced per piece of content, your cost maps directly to output — no paying for a subscription you didn't use.
