Guest photo collection Free

The photos already exist. Now they reach you.

Guests scan a QR code, pick their best shots, and upload straight from their camera roll — no app, no account, under a minute. Your own guides and staff use the same flow, so every photo lands in one organized, rights-cleared library.

What you get

01

Frictionless for guests

A QR scan opens the upload page instantly. Guests multi-select photos and videos from their camera roll and they're done — no app store, no signup wall.

02

One place for your team's photos too

Guides and employees shoot great footage that today ends up in WhatsApp threads, AirDrops, and shared Drive folders. The same QR or link puts their uploads in the same library — analyzed and organized on arrival.

03

Works on every phone

iPhone HEIC photos, Android videos, slow venue Wi-Fi — uploads are compressed, converted, and resumable, so nothing gets lost on the way in.

04

Permission captured at upload

Guests grant usage rights as part of the flow, so every asset in your library carries a consent record you can rely on in marketing.

05

Organized on arrival

Photos land in your media library tagged by tour, date, and guide — searchable forever, never lost in a group chat again.

06

Free where it counts

Unlimited guests, unlimited uploads, unlimited tours and venues, and your first 1 GB of storage included. Collection is the foundation of Tourbo and it costs nothing to start.

Guest photo & video collection FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. The QR code opens a mobile web page where guests select photos and videos from their camera roll. The whole upload takes under a minute on any modern phone.

Is guest photo collection really free?

Yes — unlimited uploads from unlimited guests, forever, with your first 1 GB of storage (about 250 photos) included. Tourbo charges prepaid credits only when you generate reels and stories from those photos, or for storage beyond the free 1 GB.

Can my own guides and employees upload photos too?

Yes — the same QR code or link works for your team. Instead of collecting staff photos over WhatsApp, AirDrop, or a shared Google Drive, everything they shoot lands in the same organized library as your guest uploads, searchable by tour, date, and guide.

What about photo rights and consent?

Guests grant your business usage permission as part of the upload flow, and that consent is recorded with each asset — so everything in your library is safe to use in your marketing.

What file types are supported?

Standard photo formats including iPhone HEIC (converted automatically), plus video uploads. Files are compressed and uploads resume automatically if a connection drops.
