What's available today, and what's in private beta?

The Marketing Suite — guest photo and video collection and the reels you build from it — is live and free to start right now. OTA Manager, Guest Communications, and Operational Automation are in private beta; request early access and we'll be in touch as we onboard tour operators in waves.

Do I have to adopt the whole platform at once?

No. Start with the Marketing Suite for free, and add automation modules as they become available to you. Each module stands on its own — you take only what solves a problem you actually have.

Does Tourbo make changes without me?

No. Anything that changes a price, a booking, or a guest-facing message is staged for your approval. Tourbo does the work and drafts the change; you keep the final say.

Will this replace my OTAs, channel manager, or RMS?

No — it works with them. Tourbo connects to your OTAs and reservation system to give you one view and to act on bookings, rather than replacing the systems you already run.

Is the Marketing Suite changing?

No. Guest photo collection and reels continue exactly as today, free to start, with the same self-serve signup. The automation modules are added on top for tour operators who want them.
